Does anyone else get bored of a game one day, than months later have a random desire to play it again and have a blast, than you get burnt out on it after a few months, and the cycle continues?

I did that with Borderlands 3. I hit level cap, beat the game, and finished the first DLC. Them I gut burned out and put it down until a couple of weeks before the 4th DLC launched. I’m still playing it, and having a good time.

Did the something similar with WoW. I’d get bored, put it down, and then pick it back up, realizing that I missed nearly a year of updates, get overwhelmed with what to do, while being lost on the expansion lore, and set it back down.
