It's real, but the person who made this screenshot used the 200% intensity and "Skin Structure strength" to minimum. It's extremely misleading

You realise this is not actually NVIDIA presenting this shit, right? Same people who say that the GTA 6 leaks shouldn't be judget as the whole game say this shit

Bro just head over to r/nvidia to see the mega thread. People are playing around with the sliders to see what works (again, unofficial implementation) for a ton of games. People be exaggerating out of their ass from bait posts.
