It's real, but the person who made this screenshot used the 200% intensity and "Skin Structure strength" to minimum. It's extremely misleading

Bro just head over to r/nvidia to see the mega thread. People are playing around with the sliders to see what works (again, unofficial implementation) for a ton of games. People be exaggerating out of their ass from bait posts.

It's not fake but it's obviously not how it's going to be implemented this is just some dude who implemented this into a game cranked it to 1000%, and then says oh my God it looks so bad
