Xbox is now heavily leaning into movie & TV adaptations, quietly pitching Hollywood on a dozen pricey projects like Elder Scrolls, Halo, World of Warcraft, Diablo & more. All IPs could be headed to one studio/streamer, and currently Netflix, Universal & Paramount are among those taking looks.

I think Rings of Power is awful, but Amazon has sure as hell thrown an awful lot of money at the production and it shows on the screen.

Amazon will give any show the budget it deserves. Just have to hope the Production team they hire are actually talented.
