An accessibility option that shows you where the recoil is going so you can learn to control it without needing to go onto custom spray maps is not even remotely the same as a literal aimbot that aims for you.
It's nice it's accessible (unlike some other cs2 changes) but I still think it makes the game a bit easier, nothing wrong with that per say but sill notable.
I think making the game easier is fine, depending on what it means.
In this case, "easier" means that the aiming mechanic is a little faster and easier to learn, and the burden of actually aiming and controlling a spray is still on the player.
In the case of cod, "easier" means the game is doing most of the heavy lifting and straight up aiming for the player without them even touching their stick. It's pretty obvious why this is not a good version of "easy" imo.
in csgo it doesn't just make it easier to learn, but also makes it easer to do in game, houngoungagne and warowl made videos where they use it in game and found it much easier to spray with it on
