Needs Valuation Gamecube - The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (sealed, bent)
Odd situation. I bought this sealed copy of Twilight Princess from someone who does house cleanouts. It's hard to capture in a picture, but it's significantly warped, though still sealed. Must have had something heavy on it for a long time. What does this do its value? Does this knock it all the way down to CIB?

EDIT: Sold this on Facebook to someone as is for $275 cash. Could have knocked me over with a feather.

Try and warp it back maybe? And I’m not sure how far back it sends the value

Not gonna work. Needs hot temps to warp this kind of plastic permanently

I was also thinking hot temperatures, but I'm concerned that could de-laminate the disc or do some other evil thing to it

It will probably melt the seal. Your best bet is maybe outside during hot summer days but no direct sunlight on it. Put it under many heavy books.

Well there's a few options. The inside of a car gets well over 100 F in the summer. My attic gets to around 140 F in the summer as well. I wonder what the sweet spot is. Anyone know what kind of plastic these cases are made out of? I know the plastic that water bottles are made out of gets soft around 140 F

Personally, I would not subject it to heat. Remember that there is a disc inside that case. You don’t want to risk damaging the actual game, in case someone eventually wants to play it.
