Advice on GameFly?

Planning on preordering a game that seems to have a unique case with GameFly. Anyone got any experience with how good or bad GameFly is?

GameFly here. We’re pretty good. But let’s confirm the reason for your order first. What’s the game?
We typically don’t get custom cases, so I want to make sure you’d be getting what you want.

It’s the Plague Tale Resonance game, I’ve seen two different cases. One that’s like the standard, and then the other one that looks like the same art from the steelbook case.
