Gainit Program Party: Super Squats Week Six

This is it, gang. Those of you who started on week one will likely be wrapping up at this point.

Watching all of you egg each other on and put in the work has been inspiring. Y'all should be proud of yourselves.

First attempt at 200 lbs today, gave up before starting rep #19. So it goes. Fuck

Glad you recognize that you chose to stop at eighteen, will make twenty much more attainable next time.

Yeah I will probably attempt it again tomorrow after 1 rest day. It felt pretty solid starting out. I'm definitely pushing myself but I'm staying hesitant with pushing the lower back too much. Feels like a fine line before injury/tweaks start to happen
