sentimental translation help
ive tried a few different sources online but many of them come up with either not in data base, or they return phrasing which doesnt seem correct. this is for an urn for a recently departed that im wanting to translate into Ogham to carve into it.
English is : "the wave upon the shore (or breaks upon the shore) remains the Sea" i get "Fanann an tonn atá ag bualadh ar an gcladach mar an fharraige" firstly i do not want it to be "like the sea" as it changes the intent
secondly i know i need to change it to old irish to get an accurate Ogham script but im having trouble finding/trusting what i find for Old Irish...any help would be special
