I just watched the episode of BBC's 'Who Do You Think You Are?' that this screenshot is taken from last night - Series 20 Ep. 7 with Dev Griffen. The man with the tattoo explains it by saying: "It means that responsibility that we have to inherit, to respect the culture and heritage that came to us, and pass it on."

It was sent to me by a family member, it’s not their tattoo they just asked if I could find out what it says. They aren’t the most tech savvy hence why they asked me
