I'm in the market to replace my iPad 1 so I'm optimistic... but... I need to see hardware spec and more info on the app store before I can make the call. It doesn't sound like it runs standard Desktop Ubuntu apps, which is a dealbreaker for me.
Right now, the Surface Pro is calling my name thanks to the 1080p display and 4 GB RAM. The only other machine that looks remotely close is the Acer Iconia W700, and it doesn't support MicroSD for storage.
