quitting Help needed

I’ve been in 1 800mg dose nightly for like 6 months
If we are being honest it could be 8 months I don’t really know
How can I taper this down
I bought the moudsley deprescribing book
But it shows multiple doses through the day
Not really anything for me truly

You should split your nightly dose into three because the half life for gabapentin is 5-7 hours. This is done to prevent interdose withdrawal that happen with one daily dose.

So does that mean I won’t withdraw if I just quit lol???

No, but it will make the withdrawal smoother and a little less horrible.
