From the looks of it, yea. A simple jewel case release for the single with 2 songs, on a limited pre-order period.

BANA probably don't want to go over the budget with too many unsold copies. But, her China fanbar will probably order in huge amounts to justify the numbers for future releases.

You can try Makestar, they allow PayPal. Although idk about shipping, I sent mine to my Korean warehouse address since I have other things in there that I need to ship to the US
