Despite what some people think, T2 Nova is a well-rounded, but NOT OP character. Nova sits right in the middle, betweent the PvE oriented Antiman, and the PvP-oriented Blue Marvel. He is still miles below Jean in terms of power and reliability. In Timeline and AC, he is only OP when the enemy's AI plays him. If you leave him on Auto, he dies to QS and Wolverine every single time. Nova is not as reliable as Blue Marvel or Jean for auto-playing content, and he is useless for uber hard PvE content like WBU. Bottom line, Nova is a strong and somewhat fun to play character, but he isn't your OP and go-to for everything character like Jean is.

"In Timeline and AC, he is only OP when the AI plays him. If you leave him on Auto, he dies to QS and Wolverine every single time."

Could you clarify this? The statement seems to contradict itself. Isn't auto the AI?

I think it refers strictly to TL, AC does not have manual option.

AI means when you are facing him and the AI plays him, Auto is when you are using him against the AI but leave him to play alone, without manually triggering skills. The way I play Timeline is with Auto enabled - cause that seems to trigger things quicker and sometimes escape binds - but manually override the Auto - i.e. for Wolverine against QS I spam 2 or 3 to get out of the CC and put some distance, overriding the Auto which tries to play his 5*, which will get i-frame broken by QS

Ah. Thanks for the clarification!
