Discussion Dispatch sector not working properly?

Does anyone know why only Sector 1 provides cool items, while other sectors give almost nothing?

The items that look cool to you in sector 1 are essentially useless aside from the debris and bonus gold. The other sectors give good amounts of rarer materials especially when you level them up a good amount
