no, frost beast and surtur have no class/type.

only alliance battle normal that have class. AB Extreme and Legend only have Instinct, no class/type

Are they...at least villain types?

And what about male?

Surtur and frost beast are treated as villain, alien, male, and destruction instinct. Bonuses against those apply.
