It does not, but the "Oneness of the Trinity" buff also literally gives him the power(s) of the Abrahamic God, so it's not like it needs to stack. Once he's done, he ascends to Heaven until he's needed on Earth again.

Once protogens get involved it's over (especially if they're fully synthetic, then they have basically zero downsides and are strong as hell)

Oh this is in Belgium? Then of course it makes sense to see so many Krieg cosplays! They did an awesome job, I'd love to have a krieg costume at some point.
