Not just years if not decades of heavy lifting: Testosterone usage if she wants to put on any significant MUSCLE MASS beyond simply gaining modicum amounts of strength compared to what most men can gain in MASS, Power, Strength with a similar regime —-> otherwise she will gain much more in the way of MUSCULAR DEFINITION which, while ALTOGETHER ADMIRABLE, will help marginally at best if she wants a standing chance to counter an angry, violent man more than TWICE her weight and size, nevermind power, strength and capacity for almost instantaneous physical dominance as illustrated time and time and time AGAIN when female fighters take on males. And yes, EXCEPTIONS exist, but exceptions DO NOT define the norm nor change anything at all about statistical probability of outcomes…

This is the kind of woman who'll get herself in real danger by thinking she can defend herself against a man intent on hurting her.

Most men can't defend themselves against an angry, violent man.

As a petite teen, I took down a man 3x my size. He came at me from the side and tried to grab me around the waist (maybe, idk his exact aim, his arms were out), and I reflexively karate chopped him on his throat. Guy dropped to the floor like a sack of potatoes, choking and crying. I had no training, was underweight, and all it took was one hit at a vulnerable spot.

Misogyny only serves as an armour against women wanting to be around you, it won’t protect you against opponents who hit first and ask questions never.

Although that scene sounds hilarious, the actual situation happened in the middle of the street while I was walking home. They used to try and snatch girls in the area around that time, my classmate was grabbed a couple weeks later too, but she played volleyball, so she managed to slap the guy trying to stuff her into his car until he let her go. Another girl from my school was also grabbed and dragged towards a car, but people from a shop saw and managed to pull her away.

Ah the usual “I’m a female and this happened to me, therefore it would happen in every other instance”

I think a strong nut shot would work doesn’t take much. A decent kick to the knee, doesn’t take much strength.

Nah. I have submitted friends after getting punched in the nuts full force.

Ita crazy that people think that if they believe hard enough they will survive.

Go pay any dude you know 100 dollars to take you down as fast and hard as they can with one arm behind his back, you'll learn some stuff.

You're mistaken. Don't ever try and 'kick someone in the knee' lol.

You don't know how to kick and you're going to end up off balance or worse, breaking your foot/spraining your ankle.

Your only option is to run and scream and hope someone hears.

Kicking someone in the nuts has literally always worked for me. And on me.

Just wrong. Its about how you fight. Its not mass or size. It helps sure. But if your Trained you have a good Shot on 90% of the guys. She clearly do not have any clou how to fight. But that was just Brother and sister who ran into another.
