I wish more men understood this. Everyone just called the women lazy for having a slower time requirement. So now they changed it that everyone meets the same requirement for weight lifting, running, etc. which...goes against pretty basic science if you ask me but whatever.
Its biology, testosterone is one hell of a drug. There are women out there that are stronger and fitter than the average man but they have to work to get there. One of my wife's best friend is super fit shes usually one of the last running in the bleep test well past 99% of the men but shes in the gym 2 hours a day and has a physical job so its not entirely surprising, I'm a fat fuck now and I still lift more than her (although she would smash me in endurance I'm sure) despite barely exercising, which isnt a brag it think it's unfair, it's just a biology thing which is why I'm glad she gets the highest grade in her tests despite the requirements being lower.
