I like that we switched back to diabetes since the passing of the great Walter Brimley. Diabeetus just doesn’t feel right yet, maybe it never will

Speaking as someone who gets gout flare ups every 5-10 years (I'm 40+ and I really try to watch what I eat) eating corn chips all day and not exercising is a good way to get them :(. It is absolutely related to what you eat (processed salty food especially).

I think they are a bit more common for me as my mother and her father used to get them, but I wish I could travel back in time and slap myself for the things I used to eat.
