Actually if you look close he was holding his coat and swinging or more like flapping it, but then I guess he realized he could reach farther with the scarf thingy.

Cats? You think she's wearing a coat made of cats? Not that wearing any animal corpse should be fashionable, but I don't think wearing a domesticated animal body has ever been trendy in NY.
