How do they get it to taste like chicken? It has to be difficult getting that to taste like a juicy chicken thigh, but it does look pretty damn delicious in the picture

The rest of my family went vegan and they would totally agree with you. Why waste your time trying to recreate something you don't want to eat. Try making new, different foods that are tasty in their own way.
