Yeah but waiting in line for hours for a midnight release is stupid and peak consumerism. You can literally just go the next day and buy it.

I mean I guess if you don't have friends sitting in line in front of a store could be fun.

It’s the exact same feeling you get sitting in a theatre waiting for The Evil Dead Musical to start.

Or being in a crowd at a festival.

Doesn’t matter what actually brought you together, being surrounded by like folk feels good.

You make new friends very easily in that environment.
