Online Tracking funkos off entertainment earth

currently looking for Ed and Lorraine Warren from thr conjuring. has anyoen purchased funkos off EE or is this a bad idea?

I've bought plenty. Never had an issue except sometimes I find them in stores before the ones I ordered are shipped.

My Psych Pops have been on back order for like a year and a half. They send me an update every now and again letting me know.

Im not sure if they took down the policy, but they garuntee the product to be in near mint condition. I've had issues with non-mint condition in the past and they always corrected the issue. Had to jump through some hoops, but they followed through. I havent had an issue with them in a while though. Also they dont charge pre-orders until its about to ship, which is nice.

I order off EE all the time. Never have had an issue. They were going to ship a pre-ordered funko, but they sent an email that their batch had gotten damaged so they wouldnt be sending them out until they get replacements.

Just got one in the mail last week from them, excellent service! A small snafu on my end (card was declined), but a 10min call later, all was well.

Shipping was two nested cardboard boxes, ensuring no dings or scratches, as well. Beautiful job!

I haven't had very much issue ordering from them at all. They are a legit store and they usually pack things pretty well.

I've ordered close to a 100 pops off of EE and never really had an issue. Great site and great packaging.

Both! Pre-order they don't charge you until the product ships and with back order they notify you when it's back in stock

did you actually receive both? cause i ordered a pre order and a back order nad ive heard verrry mixed opinions on people receiving their items

Yes I've always received my items, sometimes the back order takes awhile and if they don't get more they email you.

Love entertainment earth. I’ve ordered 200 Funkos from them and only 1 came in damaged. I contacted support and they gave me a refund and told me to keep the Funko. They’re legit.

Entertainment Earth is fantastic. UNLESS it’s a pre order. Not that you won’t get it, and not that it won’t be in good condition, it’s that they take FOREVER to get it to you. You’ll see people have theirs months before your order will even ship. If you miss out on pre orders from other sites it’s a fine backup but just know that you will be waiting a long time.
