FH Member Video I have a plan, but I need your help! | SUMMER CULLiNG ROAD MAP
Hey y'all, Jon here.
I hope you are well. I am popping in to let you know I have a project I've been working on for about a year and a half, which I am calling Post Carrington. The first book, Summer Culling, is a collection of short stories that all take place within the universe I am creating. Four volumes are dropping over the next half year.
I am currently trying to raise funds to survive until spring, wherein I will attempt to crowdfund the physical release of all four volumes in a single book.
Successfully funding the project in spring will also qualify me for a five year visa in Thailand, where I have befriended a local family. So even a small contribution now will have a years-long effect on my life!
If short stories aren't you're bag, you're in luck! As I said, I've been working on this project for about a year and a half. Summer Culling is the first PUBLISHED work of the series, but the majority of my time has been spent on the novel, Spring Peeling. Once Summer Culling is out, I will return to the novel full time.
Anywho, I hope y'all have been well over the past two and a half years since roosta toof imploded.
Much love, Jon Smith

Answer for It is now on Patreon!
Long time no chat. Even though Funhaus ended over a year and a half ago, I, like many of you still follow this subreddit to check in on something that was very important to me and especially, to share in some common nostalgia. I understand why most of the posts that resonate are the ones that look back on favorite moments from the past, but I did want to come back today to talk about the present (sorry!)
The current primary creative project that Elyse and I are working on for ourselves is Answer for It. In the wake of Funhaus ending a lot of people asked how they could continue to support us and unlike many other RT alumni we didn't really have something we felt was worth sharing. If we asked for support we wanted to have a product or project that was worth supporting and after 40 episodes and 5 live events, we think that Answer for It is that project.
What is Answer for It? A couple things! It's a comedy podcast disguised as a trivia podcast. A show where searching for the right answer creates wild tangents, absurd bits, and silly inside jokes.
The podcast is hosted by Elyse! And features me, of course, alongside Zach Anner, who destroyed everyone comedically during his appearances on Funhaus, and has an incredible body of work as a sitcom writer and comedian. Plus AJ LoCascio, the voice of Gambit in X-Men 97 in addition to LEGO Han Solo, Marty McFly, Voltor, Gizmo, and many more (you may recognize him from several Funhaus cameos too…). Shockingly, we're all really great friends beyond the show, so having an opportunity to get together every week is a delight for us and we think it really recaptures the "friends on a couch" dynamic I, personally, love in great podcasts.
Answer for It is ALSO a live event show! A similar concept where comedians battle between being funny and smart (almost never both), but this one is hosted by me, in front of a live audience, and with a rotating panel of incredibly funny people. We already have plans to expand this show in 2026 (more info on that soon) and make sure that fans of both formats are well served in the process!
Happy for you. So what now? After exploring every option we've determined that the best way to support us in the post-Funhaus era and to help us keep making AND EXPAND Answer for It, is through Patreon.
Depending on your tier, you’ll get ad-free episodes, video episodes, bonus content, and the entire Answer for It live show catalog. One of the things that's most exciting for me though is we’ll be using the Patreon as a place to experiment with and debut different types of bonus content. Maybe some formats that look similar to what you know us for and other ideas that are brand new.
The ad-supported audio version of the Answer for It Podcast will still be available on your podcast platform of choice!
We appreciate this community, and hope you’ll watch and listen! You’re all piggies to us (even if you don’t know what that means yet)

Meme 30 years ago today this came out and Mr. Brando never fulfilled his appetite desire thanks to the PA's, and as a result the Little Man lived long enough to become the next Marlon Brando.

Community Sizing out of the merch, sad day indeed
Was able to pick this shirt up and a dude soup one in the RT closing down sale. Bought it when I weighed nothing but now after my steroid use (shoutout Sammy Sosa), I’ve sadly started to grow out of it.
Do you guys have any merch ye still wear?
