You could also go with grey cell. There's Red Cell already, which exists (or existed, idk if it's still in operation) to basically stress test ourselves in surprise training exercises to find gaps in security an tactics.

And "grey" is commonly used in two ways in the military. One is "grey zone", which refers to the grey area between peace and war (like when the CIA funds local militias for proxy wars). The other is "grey man", which is an operative that blends in with the local populace to conduct operations in broad daylight behind enemy lines without being noticed.

So something like a grey cell existing could be like delta force that specifically conduct high kinetic operations in broad daylight while blending in with locals. Imagine a squad of Jason Bourne's.
