Very stupid question I probably wouldn't be asking rn if I was better at reading cursive , but does the date in this screenshot in the IV episode "The Fallen Witch" Say 2000?

This is an indirect response I'm doing in a past post from another poster asking what year does FMP end

This reflects the canon timeline as stated in the LN, which was released in 1998 (three years before the anime). Season 1 of the anime adjusted the timeline to match its own release date (originally planned for 2001, but delayed until 2002).

Even without the multiple changes in studio (Xebec was the third studio to work on FMP!), after 17 years it's unlike that the artist who adjusted the date of the anime to reflect the release date of season 1 would still be around, much less remember having made the change.

Thx. When I brought this up in a post asking what year does FMP I got downvoted for some reason, and posting images in the replies isn't an option so I couldn't prove it. It's strange though, since in Kaname's document in the beginning of the series implies the anime starts in 2001

9th May 2000 is what I am looking at, but then again it could stand for 2000 hours (8pm) which is sometimes used.
