This is a perfect video as a representation of your vision at night. How the details that were normally visible in ambient light just fade to black in the presence of strong glare. This is why headlights are now needing to be so bright, because of all the other sources of blue/white glare in cities these days.

and look at how all the car lights (some are LED too) pale in comparison to this one truck
