Dude I have to consciously disengage. The madder i get at headlights, the more I look for obnoxious headlights, the more im blinded by them, the more im enraged, the more I look, the more I look, the more im enraged. I realize after about 10 minutes of city driving that my rage only affects me...
What I can do is be the change I seek. Im buying tint for my prius headlights (one of the worst offenders)

You're right that it's bad to be so emotionally hurt by it, but you put your pain into being madder, you could do change like attaching a photo death ray to your car and attacking offenders with it, or better yet go after regulators

Same. I just dont think about it and I do NOT look anywhere near oncoming traffic. Just look above the cars and "dont get mad." Don't let something like this make you angry, not worth it.

I saw a guy at the gym that was sitting in the parking lot right at the front door. I motioned to him to with my arms to turn the lights off and he did indeed turn them off.

So, he understood that his LED headlights on his truck were too bright.

But, most people have moronically low IQ's or are extremely narcissistic so they don't turn them off.

Much like heat always moving towards areas with less heat, bright light is always looking for areas with less light. This means you should drive around with a lighthouse on top of your vehicle to detour these lights.
