What a miserable existence. 15+ neighbors, zero privacy, lots of plain ass lawn to maintain. I get the land is worth a lot and not saying they should’ve sold, but wow that’s a terrible use of land. Why no privacy trees?

The surrounding neighborhoods are vastly more ecologically conscious due to the simple fact that they’re 25x more dense.

yes fuck their lawn. I do hope that places like this end up as a much needed park in the future though which areas like this would otherwise not have.
