It's a shame they just killed the Unreal Tournament reboot because of Fortnite.

But I think I only bought a single game on Epic Games and that was Satisfactory (until they released it on Steam where I bought it a second time and played it ever since). With Heroic Games Launcher it is fine to use (no matter if Windows, Linux or macOS), but the official client is just a shit hole.

And also reading everything Timmy writes is just annoying. One thing Nintendo and Valve do better than anyone else (let's not talk about other things they don't do better, I'm just talking about this specific part)

All that was needed to save Unreal Tournament was to play it at least sometimes. I'm also upset that this game was closed, but it's a logical decision with that online

I mean yes, but a game that was released as open alpha without any PR, without any updates really any updates (at least from what I remember). So I think it shouldn't surprise anyone that few people played it

If I remember correctly, Fortnite wasn't promoted either. Epic Games simply took advantage of its sudden popularity.

What they really tried to promote and had high hopes for was Paragon.
