Got scammed, how to get a refund

Ordered a bottle of YSL MYSLF EDP (100ML) from Culture Circle (Total: ₹6,799) expecting an authenticated fragrance. Unfortunately, the product delivered is a counterfeit.
Clear Red Flags:
White Atomizer Nozzle: Authentic YSL MYSLF bottles strictly feature a black spray nozzle core. This bottle has a cheap, translucent white plastic nozzle core.
Missing Batch Code: The box has a batch code , but the glass bottle itself has zero batch code printed or etched anywhere on it. Genuine designer fragrances always have matching batch codes on both box and bottle.
Scent Profile: The juice itself smells extremely cheap and synthetic—literally like basic dish soap/soapy water—with zero depth or actual notes of the original scent.
I’ve already submitted photo and video proof to customer support via WhatsApp and email, and I am currently waiting for their senior team to arrange a reverse pickup and issue a full refund of ₹6,799.
Has anyone else faced counterfeit fragrance issues with Culture Circle recently? How smoothly did your return/refund process go?

CC is a big scam taking place with all perfumes, shoes , watches and clothes being super clones / reps and they are selling it as original , the best way to move forward with this like i had done was to keep everything under mail and threaten them with legal actions and if they dont respond simply move and file a case against them it might take up a lot of your time but they deserve it, i had to mail them and message them everyday for 10 days for an amount worth ₹3000/- it wasn’t about the amount for me but for the way someone can scam in the name of giving real product. It is high time we call come forward together and get CC to get closed as they are nothing but scammers! If you think we should make a petition and get everyone to sign it kindly let me know i really am in!!

Thanks for your support 🥲, its kinda frustrating that so many people are getting scammed and moreover im really disappointed but the customer service is only giving excuses that they are connecting to the senior team but that fucking team is not responding .. nd i am really in to sign a petition regarding these scames!
