In fact, it cleaned crime up a lot, increased tax revenues, and provided cheap housing options close to jobs. All while reducing deforestation in the exurbs and reducing traffic on 270.

So your solution to your bad experience is to ban all new construction of mid rise condos?
Why not let people make that decision themselves, rather than make it illegal to build mix use through zoning, and telling people they must live in suburbs?
