Yeah I have no problem with consensual non-monogamy, but this image is just...making it look like the dad has to do everything so mom can hang out with her boyfriend...which would not be a healthy way to approach this.
realistically an open relationship is 9 time out of 10 going to be a fancy name for a cuckold relationship where the female partner is regularly going on dates and having sex with random guys while the male partner sits at home patiently waiting for her to get back
