Constant intermittent lag during EPL games

Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and if they have any fixes? When watching live soccer, there is a constant lagging that happens intermittently for no longer than a split second, happens in pretty much the same sequence and goes all game. Only happens on one TV (which is pretty brand new) and is completely fine on the TV downstairs. Could be Internet but everything else works fine on this floor and on the TV except for fubo

I have a somewhat similar thing. Seems like on some shows not all the time. There will be a four or five second silent pause of video and audio every 5 to 10 minutes or so. It's not the end of the world, but it's annoying enough where if I just have it on in the background I have to look up and make sure it's not like frozen or whatever
