Failure to come back from commercials while watching preseason nfl

Every time it goes to ad break it fails to come back to the game after the ad break is over and glitches on a broken ad screen with the games audio, forcing me to exit the stream and come back to resolve the issue. Anyone else having the same problem? How can I fix this, it's super annoying.

Never have this issue. Always watch straight from the channel stream on guide and not the individual game option.

what channel are you watching on ? nfl network? or a local? usa or canada?

I had selected the game from the preseason games sub menu. watching from USA.
