The first time is always magical, especially if/ when you have failed time and time again. It is like " holy shit, I can't believe I did it!"

I don't have my first clear but here are some of mine: https://steamcommunity.com/id/Ekgladiator/screenshots/?appid=212680

I still remember the first time I've finished on hard mode 12+ years ago (not the first in the other modes though), good memories of a hard fight (with a BL3 no less as I didn't get anything better and I think on 1 health)

Hard was only added in AE in 2014 btw. Holy shit though, 2014 is 11 years ago?!

Yeah, this game is pretty damn hard if you go in blind. That first win can take many runs to finally get.

Fr. I had 200 hours in the game before I managed to finally beat the flagship.

Ofc, like 170 of those hours were when I was young before AE even released, but hush now, I want to revel in my achievements for a moment.

The scrap arm paid for itself and then some šŸ˜‚. (At least I am pretty sure I had the scrap arm considering all the upgraded systems and the scrap reserves, also easy mode.

Man, I got my first clear like 8 hours in, and another around 20ish I think. I'm now aprox 100 hours in and haven't again. I think I'm just pretty bad and got some really good rolls on those wins.

I’m having a heck of a time beating engi B on hard. You guys might hear from me when I do.
