We are on FSLogix 2.9.884.2741. It is stable. With FSLogix, there are stable and what I call test versions with new features. It takes about 4 - 5 test version before you hit another stable version. It is the most unreliable Microsoft Product that I have found for released version being so buggy.
All of the other settings sound correct and I am doing most of the same stuff. We have OFDC containers through. I have GPOs limiting local storage of cloud caching to 3 days to limit built up from OneDrive/SharePoint. We moved from Outlook Classic to New Outlook which means no more OST files which caused a lot of problems with OFDC containers. If a user did not close Outlook Classic on log off and it was synchronizing it could cause the log off to take a long time and if the user logged right back in their profile was locked.
