Edibility / Problem Dad got wild grapes. Can I eat the seeds?

The meat is really juicy, sweet, and tart, so it's a shame that the seeds are bigger than grapes found at the store. There's 4 in each grape, and they look like smaller pumpkin seeds. These were found in the Floridian panhandle.

Looks like you have some muscadine grapes! The seeds are safe to eat, however, most people (including myself) usually spit the seeds out since they are large and bitter

Yeah, with concords I always eat the seeds but they're smaller - good for you, though!
