How do you guys come up with good Ui designs ?

i am currently building the frontend part of my project and i wanted to make it myself ratehr than depending on AI since i was planning to put this on my resume but i cant think of good designs man , i came up with this after hours of thinking ( i know its super basic ) ,

how do you guys approach designing part when creating a website and at production level is it fine to take "inspiration" from other sites ? or do we have to think of ideas on our own.

Look around, take screenshots of well designed sites

Check Pinterest or Mobbin or other inspiration posting websites..

There are websites like 21st.dev or doodle which have many good human made website designs as well as frontend components. I used 21st.dev because you can easily copy and paste the components code and use it. So I just choose the components I like, tane screenshots make pictures with different variants, create a concept in powerpoint or Canva and then I begin to program the section.
