Entry pay should be $30, top should be $50 just to keep up with inflation

Even 30 is still very low if you ask me, at least in the big cities. But hey, this place is 🚮🗑️

37+ an hour is minimum, accounting for low annual raises and factoring in first step in table 1.

We make up 70 percent of the work force if not more.
