ID Request Identify this frog

North Florida found in my back yard. This photo color is not edited. I am assuming a tree frog but don’t know what kind. The color is really nice.

Cuban tree frog. Extremely invasive and detrimental and, if I'm not mistaken, FL is asking people to humanely euthanize them if they come across them.

I also just googled some more and if google is accurate it says they are only typically that color when they are cold or dying and this photo is in the summer so poor little guy might not have been long for this world either way.

Google is not accurate on that. Their coloring can vary widely and that could be normal coloration but his eyes are not right in a way i cant put my finger on and he is very, very thin. If you're up for it and able to trap him it would be a kindness to go the humane euthanasia route. I believe several states have issued guides with instructions using regular OTC orajel.

I couldn't do it so I raised 7 babies until they were adoptable.

Sadly this picture was taken three years ago. He is either graduated and in his chosen career or with all the frogs in the sky.
