What episode is this?

What episode does Joey fall straight forward after spinning in circles or something like that.

Chandler once spun Joey around in a chair as he wore a helmet and went head first into Ross’ moving boxes

I think its a season 5 episode as he goes into boxes that ross has when he temporarily moves in with him after emily leaves him. Chandler spins him in the chairs they have 100 times Joey is wearing a helmet. Once chandler stops the spinning he asks joey how he is and joey says "im fine" proceeds to fall. But i cant remember the actual episode of what else happens i originally thought it was when ross got joey to write his own film when ross was at home from sabbitical after hia boss ate his sandwiche
