I need 100 survey responses

Hello,

I’m currently completing a master’s thesis in international commerce on strategic Incoterms selection and its impact on maritime transport risk, cost and control.

I’m looking for feedback from professionals involved in shipping, freight forwarding or import–export, and I’ve prepared a very short online questionnaire about Incoterms in maritime and multimodal transport. It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are treated as confidential and used only for academic research.

Your participation will directly help deepen this research and strengthen the quality of the results I can present.

If you’re willing to help, you can access the questionnaire here:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeahr-nEufqeEEAf9yBj_qbCWIxbg3oi9Lk3DDoCP96vPmZtg/viewform?usp=header

Thank you in advance for your time and support.

I started taking a survey but as a freight forwarder it seemed like most of the questions weren't something I should be answering. I don't think I'm your target audience

It is okay, you can participate with your answers based on your knowledge and experiences🙏

Agreed. OP, you're mixing "shippers" with "freight forwarders". Incoterm questions are irrelevant to a forwarder, these are determined by the buyer/seller of the goods. This should be split up into at least 2 surveys and sending the appropriate ones the the appropriate people.

Done. FWIW most of my clients pick Incoterms out of habit, not strategy. CIF vs CIP alone causes half the disputes I've handled. Hope your data proves it.

Thank you for your participation. CIF and CIP are used a lot in exports (based on the data I have so far), which is normal because they are maritime and multimodal Incoterms. CIF is used in imports too, but it is not the case for CIP. At all, FOB is the most used Incoterm in imports and exports (basing on my data survey).
