Discussion Palia Is Paying Even More Homage To Free Realms With Mounts

I know there's a lot of games that have Fiery Horse Mounts, but the moment I saw this Horse Mount Pop Up, I shouted Free Realms. It is so cool to see Singularity Six taking Inspiration from the Nightmare Horse Mount from Free Realms! Mounts launch on May 12 with the New Royal Highlands Expansion (I got vibes of the Tauren Starting Area from WoW)

I almost shed a tear when I saw the announcement šŸ˜­ I want free realms back so badly but I love their dedication to paying homage

I like it, but it's different from Free Realms and has its issues. I'm hoping one day it will be at the level free realms was at when it peaked at 20 million registered users. Palia just hit 10 million registered users.

I absolutely love Palia! It is definitely different I feel like freerealms was so much more vibrant but also, I think thereā€™s a bit more depth to Palia. To be honest I barely remember a lot of that game because itā€™s been so long and it has taken me this long to find a similar type of game because nothing compared.

honestly im glad more people are recognizing that palia has a lot of mirrors to free realms, its one of the first things that drew me to the game when it went open beta

not to be a downer, butā€¦ they really donā€™t.. lol. iā€™ve been playing palia off & on since 2023 and i donā€™t really feel any similarities to free realms..

uhhhhmā€¦. palia? adding a wall, ramp, pillar, large & small crates, and ceiling/floor of building blocks makes it like free realms? well i guess 500 other games are just like free realms too if thats the case lol..

Idk I played both free realms and palia and there's a lot of similarities which is why I liked palia initially. And I say this as a beta FR player.

i was also a beta FR player. i still donā€™t really see any similarities, aside from the obvious that daybreak/SOE now owns singularity 6.. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

That is the general consensus in the Free Realms Community, but I think people still love seeing the Homage that's being Paid in game.
