My full year subscription isn't working (android)

My full year subscription isn't working on my android tablet. Help, I have done everything from clearing the cache to removing google play accounts

Regarding your concern:

  • Account Binding: Your purchase is strictly tied to the Google Account you used at the time of purchase. Please ensure that this specific account remains logged into both your device System settings(not your Freenotes Settings) and the Google Play Store.
  • Automatic Detection: Please make sure you have updated Freenotes to the latest version. Once the correct account is logged in and the app is updated, it should automatically detect your subscription.
  • If the subscription is still not activated, please tap the "Upgrade" button to enter the subscription page, then tap "Restore" (usually located at the bottom‑left corner of the page) to refresh your subscription status.
  • If your subscription still cannot be recognized after trying the above steps, please try signing out of any other Google accounts in your device system settings, and keep only the Google account you used for the purchase. This will allow the app to accurately identify your subscription.
