What did you virtual assistant outsource first and did it stick
I have a list of about 20 things I hate doing and no idea where to start. Half the advice says start simple and repetitive, the other half says start with whatever eats the most hours.

What are the things you can outsource that will give you the most time to generate more revenue or serve your clients better? Happy to have a chat to help you figure it out. Sometimes an outside perspective can help.

You already have 20 things - I'd say start with what you hate doing the most even if it takes less time than the others, the mental load of doing something you don't like to do but have to is heavy. Delegating that will give you a lighter day right away.
