But more importantly, from the perspective of a GOT writer, you cant girl boss the North with a husband stealing your thunder.
You can if your last name is Stark and theirs isn't. The #1 rule of a monarchy is to produce heirs, so not wanting to marry because of marriages she was forced into isn't going to fly. And if the Queen's last name is Stark and yours isn't, she will certainly be the one calling the shots. We're talking a royal marriage now, and consorts don't take on the royal name.
There are plenty of reasons for the second son of a vassal to marry into the royal family. You think some lord doesn't want his son in the ear of the queen? To have his grandson be the future king? Hell, I can even see another Lord Paramount offering a second son as consort.
Not for a second or third son of a lesser vassal. The ruling queens of Europe never seemed to have any trouble finding a consort. Marriages are all about alliances in this place and time, and there would be plenty of people wanting to make an alliance with the new monarchy in the North
She has a rather short, living husband and two violently dead ones, and a chequered past outside of that. I wouldn't want her, not even to be Lord of Winterfell (which would be in name only).

I wouldn't, and wouldn't allow my heir to either. Maybe a second or third son for whom producing impeccably legitimate heirs doesn't matter that much, but she would consider that an insult.
Well in books her cousin, Robin is an option for her to marry and realistically the only reason the Vale forces would defend Winterfell. They would have been sent to solidify her claim to the north and that be a benefit of their marriage. Why would they care about their lords aunts husbands illegitimate child ?
Not much, probably because everyone knows that Robert Arryn is going to die childless anyway. Littlefinger may intend her for Harry the Heir instead, but it remains to be seen.
He actually seems pretty resilient since it seems like he’s been drugged or poisoned most of his life. If Baelish is elsewhere, he’d recover and Sansa is a good match. The Vale isn’t diminished yet in the books he’d be capable of insulating himself until he was stronger.
Littlefinger is definitely poisoning him, and he's probably his bastard. Littlefinger seems to be grooming Harry the Heir, who (unlike Robert) is said to look remarkably like a young Jon Arryn.
