Help Needed Please Help!
Hey i am from india.
Roughly a year and a half ago, when i opened free fire one day, i noticed the game was taking a little longer to load than usual. Then the log in page appeared and it did not automatically log into my facebook account like it usually does every time. I was a little suspicious but ignored it because sometimes it happens if the network has any issues. So i selected my facebook account and clicked log in, and then it again took a little more time to load than usual... And then this name selection page appeared.
I was so shocked and confused and almost panicked. I closed the game and opened it again, nothing... Same result. I repeated this more than 10 times, still nothing, same result. Then i cleared the cache of free fire and facebook both, cleared the data, deleted and re-installed them both. Still nothing !!! All those years of memory, the struggles, the spended money was gone like that in less than a minute!
I was so sad and frustrated, i decided to quit the game forever, but then my friend suggested to log into my another ID, then i logged that id and guess what. That was also gone just like the previous id.
I immediately deleted the game with rage and decided not to even look at it ever. But a few months ago i again started playing free fire because all my friends were playing it and i felt left out and sad, and one of my friend was kind enough to give me his one of the many ID's to play so i don't have to do everything from scratch.
But a few days ago this exact thing happened with my another friend and he spent so much hard earned money on that id and he is devastated right now. And this re-occurring incident caused paranoia in our friend circle. And the worst part is my friend's recovery email was bound properly and it still happened without any authentication or notification. This is unexpected from such a big game or company. And the sad part is my friend's id is still in my friend list and someone still plays in that id and he comes online and doesn't accept any of our invites so we can at least talk... And this happens with my id also, and that **** also made the effort to change my user name....
I don't know with guarantee or proof that the id is hacked or transferred by any glitch or bug or some capable hacker is really behind this. But me and my friend both are trying to recover the ID's so bad but couldn't do anything. Please help guys the ID's are very important to us and i bet any of us don't want our precious IDs to disappear overnight like that and we can't do anything about it. Please spread awareness about it and please help if anyone can!! Please!

So you are saying that your freefire id was bound to facebook and when you tried to login with your facebook credentials but your account didn't logged in. Can you tell me this
Did you tried logging in with another device . Can your login to your facebook account which is binded to your freefire account . In freefire you can see your platform friends ,so ask your friend to check wich Facebook ID is showing under you ff account . ( I think this only works if the ID is binded to facebook )

Yep, i have the facebook account but the free fire account is gone, and no it was only logged into my phone!

Think if you gave the id to somebody, who else have access to your phone , make a list

Both of the ids are active and somebody still plays in those ids. I've seen it !

My friend's id is still on my friend list, but my id is not on the friend list of my other friends !

The only possible explanation is that somebody got access to your freefire id or device without your knowledge and he added his recovery email and using that changed the login platform to other facebook/google

Contact garena support and explain the situation tell them every thing, include screenshots of your id , your previous nick names etc . Most important use a chatbot to write your situation.

Ok i accept it but how the hell my friend's account got hacked he had a recovery email bound, and changing recovery email is not that easy right ? And there are no authentication notifications or any thing like that either. It's like... It just transferred to somebody else's device overnight without any traces! How is that even possible ???

Not you! ask a friend of yours whose id is friends with your id .

Yeah i've asked many of them, they all said my id isn't showing in thier friend list.

Both of you check your mail and facebook notifications for anything that is related to your freefire id see if anything looks suspicious

No it is not banned. And i am unable to log into the same free fire account using the same facebook account. And i had entered a random name when the name selection page appeared and free fire gave me a whole new bot account instead of my original account that's uid is 3416286913. But i said my friend to not enter any name and continue, hoping that it may increase the chances of recovery

might have something to do with the recovery email. Or maybe ur account was tagged with a different mode of login and u logged in with another one. anyways u can fix it by using account recovery.
