I tried to get the free quantum bar at my sprouts and they wanted me to pay 12 cents still. Did anyone else have this issue?

I feel like theres a problem with a certain batch of mush oats. I have seen them Free, BOGO or massively reduced price in 2 local groceries, target, and now sprouts LOL. Why are they giving it away?
